Situation: About 50 kilometres north-west of Thessaloniki close to the border to the F.Y.R.O.M.
Best season: Spring and autumn. Snowfall is possible in winter.
Rock: Granite with a fine grain often covered with lichen and moss. Some cleaning with a wire brush is necessary for new boulders.
