The following General Terms and Conditions are valid for all contracts, deliveries etc. Differing terms and conditions of the partner of contract are denied herewith explicitly. All further agreements need our written confirmation.

With your order you place a binding offer to make a contract with us. By sending an acceptance of order to you by e-mail or by sending the ordered goods we can accept this offer. First you will receive a confirmation that we received your order by e-mail to the given e-mail address (confirmation of order). A contract of purchase will be concluded when we send an acceptance of order to you by e-mail or the delivery of the ordered goods.

When placing orders in our online-shop the order process is composed of 5 steps. In the first step you choose the goods you would like to order. In the second step you give your customer data, including invoice address and if applicable a different delivery address. In the third step you choose the shipping method. In the fourth step you choose how you want to pay. In the last step you have the possibility to check and if necessary change all statements (e. g. name, address, type of payment, ordered articles), before you send the order to us by pressing the button 'Order with an obligation to pay'.

5. Delivery and payment
You can find the conditions of delivery and payment of the GEBRO Verlag resp. Harycane climbing/engineering on the order form. There is no minimum order quantity. If a customer should want a special way of shipping, that will be charged extra according to the general local prices.
For the prospective time of delivery please have a look to the product description. If you should want that, longer times of delivery can be arranged.
We have the right to deliver parts of your order in a reasonable manner. Additional costs for shipping will be charged only with your explicit agreement.
6. Cost for sending back of goods
If you make use of an existing right of withdrawal you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
7. Property reservation
All articles remain complete property of the GEBRO Verlag, Ulrich & Harald Röker GbR resp. Harald Röker, Harycane climbing/engineeering until the full payment.
8. Legal domicile
Place of performance and legal domicile for both parts is the seat of the GEBRO Verlag if the customer is merchant. The right and laws of the Bundesrepublik Deutschland (Federal Republic of Germany) are used exclusively. For a consumer this choice of legal domicile is effective only if no other imperative legal requirements of the state in which he has his registered or habitual residence are curtailed.
